If Connor is as smart as Kryptonian children (his big dumb alien mama notwithstanding) are supposed to be, he would be reading by the time he is one year old. He would be fully mature and considered an adult at age sixteen.
He will definitely be a little prodigy when he's "school age." I don't think that will be a problem. I think that Lex and Clark will be better at socializing Connor than the Kents were with Clark. And if it does look like a problem, Lex will just have Connor tutored by the best governess in the world and find Connor other geniuses to play with.
